This can lead to an increased risk of mental health problems. Temporary loss of jobs and fear of unemployment were widespread among the general population. Kids and teenagers were forced to attend classes online, which also created a lack of interaction with teachers and friends. These drastic changes have led to an increase in anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues among people from all walks of life.
Individuals can, however, take steps to address and manage these difficulties. Here are some suggestions for staying mentally healthy during and after the pandemic.
1. Exercise
Participate in physical activities. Exercise releases endorphins that boost your mood and reduce stress.

Talk to your friends and family over the phone, and stay connected to them.

Delay in asking for help is common because of the stigma surrounding mental health issues, which needs to be changed. Hence, if required, never be hesitant to ask for help.
5. Have a proper diet
Try to eat healthy, and try to maintain a well-balanced diet that contains all the essential elements. This will also contribute to increasing your immunity.
6. Digital Detox
Use a digital detox if necessary. Social media and news about the outbreak can also cause anxiety and stress, and it is always fine to take a break.
7. Meditation & Breathing Exercises
Keep practising breathing exercises. Meditation has also proven to be very helpful in situations like these.
